The Gateway Towers are the centerpiece of the San Joaquin Apartment expansion by the University at the Goleta housing area. These six story towers are constructed with cast in place concrete foundations, walls and decks. An unusual architectural feature on these buildings is the vertical “board formed” concrete that was case from real wood planks and not a rubber mold.
